Communities served include: Random Lake, Adell, Waldo, Plymouth, and Elkhart Lake. WSOR serves Sheboygan County from its North Milwaukee yards to the south. Sheboygan County is located in extreme eastern Wisconsin north of Milwaukee. WSOR looks to extend its system east from Plymouth to Sheboygan in 2011.
